All shipping requires 5-7 working days for processing/packaging and 3 working days for shipping.

All shipping is via UPS 1-5 Day shipping

To avoid lost packages, please be sure to provide a CURRENT and VALID address.

Imani + Sankofa will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

All packages that are returned to Imani + Sankofa will receive (1) complimentary resend at no cost. You are responsible for responding via email with updated and valid address within (5) working days of being contacted about package return status.

Shipping delays may occur when there is high volume, ex: holidays, sale days, etc.

In the event of shipping delays, customers will be contacted via the provided email with updates.
